อาวันนาเฮาส์เปิดให้บริการในปี 2004 และในปี 2008 เกสต์เฮาส์ได้ปรับการตกแต่งใหม่ในรูปแบบไทยล้านนาเพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ในการพักผ่อน เนื่องจากที่พักของเราตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ อีกทั้งยังอยู่ใกล้กับประตูท่าแพเพียงแค่ 100 เมตร พร้อมสระว่ายน้ำ ผนังของเกสต์เฮาส์ตกแต่งด้วยภาพวาดจากจิตกรพื้นเมืองที่ถ่ายทอดเอกลักษณ์ของความเป็นไทยล้านนา

Awanahouse, Chiang Mai opened its doors in 2004 and has served all guests with distinction since its inception. In 2008, the guest house was refurnished in Thai style to provide an authentic Thai holiday experience. Awanahouse is situated in the old centre of the town Chiang Mai, near the famous Thapae Gate. The guest house offers a plethora of modern amenities for travelers coming to Chiang Mai and most rooms have a balcony, where you can relax. The guest house's walls are adorned with beautiful paintings of nature, reminiscent of a beautiful tropical rain forest.
